12-Week Learning Journey

Our program runs from September through November 2025. Each phase builds on previous knowledge while introducing new challenges.

Foundation Phase

Weeks 1-4

Start with budget fundamentals and financial statement analysis. You'll work through basic scenarios before moving to complex multi-department projects. Most students find this phase challenging but manageable with our step-by-step approach.

Application Phase

Weeks 5-8

Take on real client projects with guidance from instructors. This is where theory meets practice — and where you'll discover gaps in your knowledge that we'll help you fill. Expect late nights and breakthrough moments in equal measure.

Mastery Phase

Weeks 9-12

Lead independent projects and mentor newer students. You'll present to industry panels and receive direct feedback on your work. By graduation, you'll have experience managing budgets worth over 0,000 in aggregate project value.
